By doing this now, you get the following perks - we've opened this up super early for super early birds due to our storage selling out every season.
1- Reserves your spot (we always sell out indoor storage every year)
2- Locks you into our early bird special rate that we introduce in July every year (for rate estimates based on last year's rates, contact our service team)
3- Gives you first shot before we publicly open the storage sign up and marketing to get into your preferred pickup window time, drop off time, and spring pickup time.
Your $250 deposit ($258 including online fees) locks you into the above and you do not need to decide yet if you want indoor or outdoor storage (but if you know what you want you can select it in the form), as well as exact drop off date/pickup date in the fall. We will determine that later.
We will be contacting you in July 2026 for $500 additional dollar deposit and at that time we will lock into exactly what you want, timing of drop off/pickup, and any add on services that you want to get (if any). This will be before the big public push so you will be first in line to pick the times and best spots that work for your schedule. The balance of the storage bill will not be due until the drop off or pickup in the fall. All deposits are applied toward your final bill.
