Our #1 hired and most popular position every year. This is a seasonal position that runs Mid-Sept through Mid March. For passionate skiers and snowboarders who would love to learn more about the industry and help customer select the correct equipement and accessories. This is a customer service/sales position that will help out on the floor, stockroom, ect. Must be 16+ age. Must be willing to work at least 3 shifts per week including 1 weekend day. We are flexible to work around your school schedule, work evening shifts, ect. We do have some opportunity for full time seasonal employement (around 40 hrs per week) that could turn into full-time year round employement.

Ski & Snowboard Tech- Part Time
We are seeking a part-time ski & snowboard tech to work evenings and at least 1 weekend day. No experience required, however, a strong mechanical background is necessary. You will be mounting skis, tuning skis, repairs, ect. A passion for the industry and understanding of the sport is a big plus.
We are actively seeking an experienced marine tech to join our team. We have an aggressive pay plan with a generous hourly rate (not flat rate), over time, and performance bonuses are available. Pay is based on experience level and performance. We continuously send our techs to schools annually to keep up to date on certifications. Ability and experience with Mercury, Mercruiser as well as experience with either Yamaha Waverunner/Jet, Indmar, and PCM is a plus.
Boat Salesperson
While this position is not officially a need right now, we are keeping an eye out for the right person and could add to the team if the right person applies. Passion for boating and boating experience is a big plus, along with ideally previous sales experience (either in the marine industry or other industries). Computer and communication skills are required.

We are seeking a freindly service advisor who has some knowledge of boats and excellent customer service and communication skills. Parts lookup and parts ordering will be involved as well, but we can train you on that porton.
